Christmas Lights Switch on
We were open for the Southdown switch on offering children's craft, warm drinks and refreshments. Children visited the angel, shepherd, innkeeper and king to hear the Nativity story and collect a sticker to complete their stable card.
Victoria Collins MP popped in to say hello and hear about SPACe and its activities.

A wonderful afternoon in the grounds of the King's School with entertainment by Chris Burrett's Jazz Town Combo, and a delicious cream tea.

Capturing Memories at space
Lights Up night in Southdown and the area in front of SPACe was used as the central point for carol singing by local children and the all important switching on of the lights. Our Angel is shining for all to see!
Our first event at SPACe, which raised £650 and was fully booked.
Riding Lights Theatre Company visited SPACe with their touring play, Cups on a String. A sell-out event.

Great fun was had at our two performances of Angel at Large. As one child said "This is so funny"!
